have never been to cocker show before (just crufts) , so just a few questions which prob seem daft to all you show veterans

- is it indoor/outdoor or both
- can you take your dog if not showing
- approx start /finish times?

might try and get along... would love to see all those cockers, didn't get much chance at crufts as so busy..

I can't make it, though I was very tempted just to go for a piece of Dessie's Guernsey Gache

Good luck with Jennie, Kelly - you must be so excited!  8)

Hi Taliska
The cocker show is much more relaxed than crufts so you can  sit and watch cockers all day long if you want :D The show is indoors. There is a general open show on outside the same day, so plenty to look at. You may want to take your own chairs so you can sit down, chairs are usually in short supply, a picnic might be a good idea too   Judging starts at 9.00am and usually goes on till mid afternoon.

Come and say Hello, we will be there with 4 of the gang!

As this is the first cocker champ show ive done, how does it work with the benching, as we dont get bench numbers, how do we know where to bench etc??

You're bench numbers are printed in the catalogue. If you have'nt ordered one you can buy one on the day. If you don't want to buy one just go to the secretaries table, someone will  tell you your bench numbers, or just ask someone who has a catalouge in their hand
See you all there :D

Word of warning for anyone planning to go that the Royal International Air Tattoo is on at Fairford the same day.  This is quite a way from Malvern but if anyone has to travel to Malvern via the A419 (from M4 J15 up to Gloucester to join M5) then maybe worth taking a different route.  This is a huge show that attracts thousands of visitors and the routes around the area become a bottle neck (excellent show though    )

Hi everyone!

goodluch for tomorrow for all those of you going :)

Jenni and I won't be there :(

Tris and I just sold our house and are currently shelling out for surveys / searches on our prospective new house, so unfortunately that has left £0 for travelling and spending a day at a doggy show

I'm absolutely gutted

But have fun and good luck all those who get there :)
Maybe we'll meet one day soon :)

Kel
