I like it when they take a titbit, in the ring & then decide that they don't want it - of course you can't just it, leave so you have a lovely slimey mess that you have to deal with  :roll:  :D

Yep...puffed jerky works too!  :lol: The good thing about it is that it doesn't make a mess in your pocket, unlike cheese :twisted:

Holly would stand for normal dog mixer!! But i had to put it on the table infront of her and tell her not to have it. Then she would stand perfectly still - with the odd sideways glance to make sure it was still there!!

Hi - I had a dog that was very reluctant to bait and I wanted to get him more animated in the ring - in the end I used cooked chicken peices which he loved - only one small bit before entering the ring to get him interested then a sniff of what i had in my hand until after exiting. it worked a treat.  Cheers
