Insurance Question

I'm having an absolute nightmare trying to insure Alfie and two cats with M&S. So far it's taken 8 weeks of phone calls to locate missing policies, which still haven't arrived!!!! All they've managed to send me is a bill and two reminders for £15 odd, Which they now admit I don't owe!!!!!!! Luckily I haven't cancelled my old insurance!!!!!!!!! :(
