Sorry to hijack.. I want to move from my insurers soon... do any of these cover conditions that I've already claimed for? None of them are ongoing conditions.

You'd have to check with each individual insurer to see if they'd make exceptions but most of them stipulate that they do not cover for pre-existing conditions. Tilly had had a couple of ear infections before I changed from M&S to Healthy Pets so HP don't cover her for anything relating to ear infections.

We have a black & white bitch which is 11 weeks old, am looking for Insurance and the PDSA gave me a good quote,
Has anyone had experience of PDSA Pet Insurance?
What are they like & could you recommend them please?

I've just got Indy's paperwork through today, £125 for the year - they didn't ask about any previous claims, have a look.

There have been a few threads on this subject in the last few days so I've merged grunty's thread into this one to avoid repetition. There is another very similar thread on the Puppies board too.

Sue, They do not seem to ask about previous claims, but they do ask about previous conditions
