Crufts Insurance. Any experiences?

I think I'm going to go with Crufts Insurance, which is a kind of budget Kennel Club version (both are underwritten by Agria), which gives good cover (apart from adding 10% to their excess charge  ) at a reasonable premium, with an annual limit.

I wonder if anyone is or has been with Crufts and could give me an opinion about them?
