Poole Canine Club - Sun. 26th June

Anyone else entered?

The show is being held at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Salisbury, SP1 3NR and Cockers are first in the ring at 9.30am.

Louis is in Special Yearling. He's only just one year old and is looking immature at the moment so I reckon we'll be on our way home by about 10.15am :lol2:

Did think of booking this one, but decided to go to the DogsTrust open day and fun dog show at Newbury where I used to work instead. Tally has his heart set on most handsome dog.  :shades: :005: Will be lovely to have a good catch up. Good luck to you both and to anyone else who's going. Look forward to seeing the results.  :D

No we're not doing this one either - husband as the car  >:D

Ziva's sister Ruby will be there in the puppy class - I'm hoping she's better behaved than Ziva on her last outing  ph34r :005:

Awwww that's a shame Wendy.  :-\ She'll just have to be best pup Tues instead.  :shades:

Haven't got all the results, but the class winners were -

Puppy (and Best Puppy in breed)
Kasordon Kopper Kapers At Astrabrook - Mrs. L. Parkes

Special Yearling
Sharemead Pipistrelle - Ms. J. & Ms.E. Jarman
Louis was 5th of the 5 in the class. On the positive side he moved well on a loose lead without boinging up and down :lol2:. On the negative side he wouldn't let the judge look at his teeth, which he's usually OK about.

Post Graduate
Asquanne Go Likely At Beechtops - Mrs. S. Hutchings (also BOB)  :clapping: :clapping:

Open
Glenntree Ruby Slippers JW - Balckley & Salero, Ms. C. & Mr. I

I left after the breed judging so I don't know how the BOB and Best Puppy got on later.

Sorry Elaine, didn't realise any col members going, forgot to check on here before we left very early on Sunday, come and jump up and down in front of us next time lol

Mary Knox Group and RBOB Stakes Judge

Lindsey with her puppy unfortuantley didn't stay for the group.

Sue H, stayed but unfrotunately wasn't placed.

Roo (Glenntree Ruby SLippers JW), RBOB,won the RBOB Stakes and also brought home with her £7 as she was second in the Memorial Open Stakes class too, after that we left it was just too hot, so the drinks on the boat were on her  ;)

Fantastic weather, but far far to hot for doggies, they enjoyed a lovely swim when they got back to the Island.

I recognised Roo's registered name so thought you were a COLer, but I wasn't too sure. I should have come and said hello, so apologies for not doing that.
