Yayyy!!!
« on: October 16, 2010, 05:04:05 PM »
I passed my Hands on Assessment today with flying colours (50 out of 50) at the YKC introduction to judging workshop!!!!!  :D

If any young person that is interested in judging it is definitely worth going to. This was a pilot and they are already planning on one in Scotland.

Does anyone know of any breed club that are doing a breed specific seminar in the near future preferably near the midlands, please let me know  ;)

Meg x

Well Done Meg

Impressive line up of judges and mentors there to help the juniors today too.... The bulk of the course was delivered by a combination of Kathy Gorman, Gerald King and Val Foss and a number of other well respected mentors plus those who loaned dogs for the afternoon session. Marina Scott also dropped by to record the event which should be mentioned (with photos) in a coming edition of Dog World  ;)

Megs only had dogs for a few years so I'm very proud that she was able to hold her own amongst her fellow course members, most of which have been born into showing families  :D
