I think there may be a few of you with the same company so just to let you know about my phone call to them today
I phoned for claim forms for Flo's ongoing thyroid expenses and also Barnaby who is facing more surgery for his 'warts' that keep recurring.
As I had just got Flo's renewal notification with a significant increase, I also asked if was there a reason for this.
She said she would check the details and came back to say that my second dog discount had not been applied and that she could reduce the annual amount by £153 ! so instead of £386.00 it is now £233 per year. I also asked her to check Barnaby's and she was able to reduce that by £36 a year!
If you do have this insurance it may be worth a phone call to check that it is correct?( I think I will now write to ask for last year's premiums to be checked too.)
