Eh?
« on: January 11, 2012, 07:45:24 PM »
The insurance company are dealing with the claim for having Indy's lump removed and I got an email from them today, advising me that due to the information received there's now an exclusion on her policy.

For her ears?

What does having a lump removed from her butt have to do with her ears?  :dunno:

Has she been treated for ear infections a fair bit? Am wondering if they have seen something in her medical records and thought they would get in first with an exclusion.

I'm with Jay on this one, if they've had the medical records and there are ear problems even if unrelated to the cause of the claim presented, they will place an exclusion.
