Tv Coverage Of Cockers
« on: March 12, 2005, 11:10:42 PM »
Hi Guys,
Followng my message re cockers on tv, i thought I ought to fill you all in. As some of you know the BBC were lookng at someone who had been at crufts with cockers for a long time and someone who was here for the first time. It was suggested that Jean gillespie from lochranza ought to be used as she has been showing there for well over 50 years. They then realised that I was going for the first time and happened to have a lochranza dog. The BBC contacted us months ago and we had loads of chats and we were to meet with them today for an interview.

As you gathered their schedule was so full today that our lovely breed did not make it this year. I have to say I was pleased because I am very very very camera shy.
HUGE well done to JAne and Andrew and everyone else who came away with either a card or a smile from an enjoyable day. :D
