Hi Maria & Blue,

If you know Emma you are probably quite local to me in Wigan  :D

Our boy is Billy and he's a three year old Blue roan.

Aren't cockers addictive, we are also debating as to whether to get another :D

Welcome to COL. I knew someone once who had a blue roan cocker called Bluey and his pal was a golden called......yep, you guessed it, Goldie :D

One bit of advice I would give you re getting another puppy is to wait a bit longer   Its generally recommended to leave at least an 18 month gap in between them so it cutrs down the chance of any rivalry. My two youngest are only 5 months apart and they are hard work so be prepared!!  When they are pals they are best pals but when they are not, they are

Hope you enjoy the site and find it useful.

Welcome Maria & Blue

Nice to have you with us.

I would just like to echo Gill's good advice about not adding another Puppy until Blue is around 18 months old, by this time you will have him perfectly trained  which will make him a great role model for your new addition.

just to thank you all for the lovely welome you've given me and a big thank you for the advise about getting a new playmate for my blue, :D it's very much appreciated and we are going to wait until blue is older before we take the plunge, :(  but you know what they say - good things come to those who wait! :D
