Hello And Wags From Northants
« on: February 08, 2006, 05:45:00 PM »
Hello Everyone,
Just thought I would introduce myself and my little Jet.  I am new to the cocker ownership, although I did have a Springer until we lost her late 2004 and couldn't bare replacing her with another Springer.
So we now have a boiled washed version in Jet.
Not quite sussed how to upload pics on here yet, but I do have pictures of him here Jet's picture page
Jet is now 12 weeks old and like the tazmanian devil.  :D
He is very loving and we are so happy to have him. He is certainly making his mark on us.
I hope to be chatting with you all very soon, if Jet let's me have a few mins peace.
Cocker Kisses
Jules  :D

Hello jet looks very much like our working cocker Bailey, I wonder if they are related?

Apparently most working cockers are somewhere!

Welcome to COL  :)

Hi and welcome to COL.

Cockers are mad but we like to think that cocker owners are actually quite sane, sensible and lucid

Doesn't last long after you get the cocker though!

He is really cute and looks like he is going to keep you busy, we have a 15 week old little boy called Snoopy who's dark blue roan, and he is just starting puppy classes this week so I'm hoping they will help me teach him.....

They do look alike don't they.  Perhaps they are, we'll have to compare backgrounds.  :D

Thanks   Are we talking live ones or stuffed???     Sounds like a challenge if your talking stuffed.  I've only ever made one dog and he was a scruffy terrier type scrap, but I quite fancy the idea of a cuddly Jet that doesn't wriggle so much.  Hmmmmm  Will ponder that one and let you know if I ever manage it.  :D

I did mean cuddly wuddly stuffed cockers, just like your bears    If you do manage to master a cocker spaniel - I imagine you will have enough work to keep you going for a year; we'll all want one
