I saw it too. There was an update that said they now had his name and address but that he has sold the dog on to another woman. I really hope they get her back and that this man, if he is responsible, is put away for a very long time.

I shared this picture yesterday, but then the picture from the mssing-stolen dogs page on Fb disappeared.. and I wondered if it was a hoax  :-\

I hope if it isn't they get their girlie back, and I hope that guy rots in some dark place reserved for the evil  >:D

I had this come up on Facebook too but not sure if it is genuine or not. What idiot would put his face in a photo with a stolen dog he is trying to get rid of? Why not just the dog's picture? And is he also knocking off toasters? (Boxes in the background!) All seems a bit odd to me! If it is genuine I really hope the poor owners get the dog back ASAP. They must be sick with worry and the dog must be so confused it doesn't bear thinking about.

I'm pretty sure it's genuine and the Cocker is Tilly. This is her DogLost page http://www.doglost.co.uk/dog-blog.php?dogId=44311 and if you read the comments and look at her photo it's the same dog.
