Kidneys and liver help....

Hi can anyone help me here please.

I've seen the liver cake recipes, read alot of the threads on BARF and can't find an answer to my question

In the freezer I have liver (Pigs and lambs) and kidneys (Pigs and lambs)

I wld love to use them up as I can't see us eating them, (Sorry got whole pig and lamb, this is where these have come from, can't stand offal myself) ;)

I take it I can make liver cake with both pig and lamb liver?
Can I give the dogs the kidneys?
