Beau had a really dicky tummy for most of last week and since I had had him for 3 months, I wormed him just as a precautionary as he would definately be due a dose anyway.

He is 100% better now, but after checking his poo, there was no obvious signs of any worm infestation?  Should there have been?

He took a reaction to the Drontal tablet (which I gave him in some butter) and was absolutely high as a kite all night, but fine the next day.

You wouldnt see worms on a dog thats been wormed on a regular basis. With Gunnar he had never been wormed since birth so at 4 months of course the worms had grown to full size, were obvious and indeed causing him some distress :(
