Hi,
Last night my husband and I noticed that our Cocker's puddle of urine had a tiny blood clot in it. I was pretty worried, although he seemed fine otherwise. His urine wasn't cloudy or tinted, no bad odor, no frequent urination, etc. etc. But just to be sure, I called my vet's this morning, and they assured me that as long as I didn't see the previously mentioned signs, he would be fine. Apparently, they said a lot of dogs occassionally have blood in their urine from straining too hard while peeing?! Has anyone else had this experience?? :?
