Can you using worming tablets and frontline at the same time

Probably a silly question but I don't want to overload the dogs system.

Have given them Drontal worming tablets today and they are due for frontlining.  Is it ok to use the pipettes on them tomorrow or give it a few days?

There are no contra-indications but I personally leave a few days inbetween

I usually do both on the same day. Never really thought about it tbh!
