Meloxidyl Oral Suspension
« on: April 03, 2010, 09:47:58 PM »
The Vet has given us this for Woofie whilst we are on holiday in Devon if we need it.  Am I right in thinking this is Metacam and if so why isn't it called Metacam Oral suspension?  It says the active ingredients are per ml - 1.5mg of meloxicam and 2mg of sodium benzoate.

Has anyone used it with good effect for stiffness, soreness ?

Thanks

Meloxidyl is just the generic form of Metacam. They are exactly the same  :shades:
