She has been poorly for the past few days but today started bleeding from her gums and eyes. She also has diarrheoa and a really high temperature.

Please do not rule out Lepto, having lost a dog to it myself these are the syptoms she had and the vet missed it.  ::)  Vit K injections immediately are imperative if it's Lepto.  Even vaccinated dogs can get Lepto because there are so many strains it is virtually impossible to vaccinate for them all.

Also agree with the comment from Fifer about Lepto, our old girl had it at 6 months old, luckily the vet did spot it and she made a slow but full recovery.
