..and she's hitting the"ugly duckling" stage with her overly long legs, looking more like a spider than a cocker . And we are still having some disagreements about the show pose ;). Being a typical cocker, she won't stay still very long :P ..
Anyway here's one photo for you to see

I'll second that lizzy - she is so pretty!! I fell in love with her the first time I saw her - she looks so full of character!! :D
-
I agree with Lizzy, she's not an ugly duckling at all  She's lovely! :D
-
what a handsome young lady
-
Definately not an ugly duckling, more like a proud peacock

Thank you all for your nice comments :P. She is all legs at the moment, but I know it's just a stage they all go throug. And I do love her to bits! It's very true what you say Laura, she is full of character. We've already been to ringcraft training and she loves it (as long as she doesn't have to stand still ;) ). She has this real "look at me" attitude when on the lead, so I should have some great fun with her in the ring in the future. But I'll let you know how she grows up. We'll have our first show next month ( )..

Awww how could you!! she is beautiful. (http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung0304/liebe/love-smiley-011.gif)
edited to say... good luck at the show Katina, but i'm sure you wont need it shes a beauty!

Sylvi is scrumptious, and I'm sure the judges will love her
You call that long legs?! Jovi's 5 months next week and he's terribly spindly his current nickname apart from Trouble is Lanky-Pants.. Good thing I don't want to show him, because I don't think he's ever going to be the right dimensions!! I can see him taking a long time to grow into his legs and fill out! Being mainly white and having no feathers doesn't help either!

Katina,
She is lovely :D her coat looks so nice, Abby is 3 months on friday and she looks like a lab with curly ears and no tail? Also how do you practice standing. I groom Abby every evening and try and stand her for a couple of minutes but she wriggles all the time

With great difficulty and a LOT of patience  .Silas is also 3 months and it's taken us 54 photos to get this one!! It's a good job we dont have to get the film developed! Dont know how to put photo into a post so I'll use the puppy gallery.
Sylvie is gorgeous Katina - she's got lovely legs :D Let us know how she gets on in her first show.[/img]

Awwww she is lovely :D ! Yeah I know exactly what you mean "look at me!!!" Best way to have them though  , as they do make v.good show dogs! lol! Gud luck with her anyway :D , I'm sure she will be gorgeous when she hits the ring  !

I practise standing every day. Sometimes on the table, sometimes on the floor. I always practise in front of a big mirror so I can see how the dog is stacked.
Sylvi has (as have all my dogs) also been taught to stand on command.
Sylvi tries to wriggle sometimes, but I never give in. Everyday she stands longer. We started from a nanosecond ;), and now it's minutes .

Sylvi is lovely Katina  :D

she is a beaut, i really love her colouring and looks very ladylike.

Woody is the same age but can't get him to stand still at all! Just as well I don't plan on showing him! He has been having a destructive ten minutes and I've just found him shredding the Crufts programme from this year ... is he trying to tell me something?!
Do let us all know how your first show goes!!

What a pic.
She is so gorgeous.
I bet you're very pleased with her.
-
Sylvi really is very beautiful Katina, one of my favourites
wishing you lots of luck at Sylvi's first show next month, I'm sure she'll do well :D

Yes, I am very pleased with her. She's very kind and gentle in her ways, does anything to make me laugh and her tiny tail never stops wagging. I simply love her to bits!
(And she DOES have a very interesting pedigree ;), a nice combination of the Lynwater lines)
