hi all,
thanks for the replies,
bramble was fine at the vets, its only a very short work from where we live, but he was very content with his head peeping out from the top of my coat,he got weighed when we first got therer & he was at the ideal weight.

he did sit quite in the waiting room but i do think that due to there being a very large excited german shepherd there  >:D

the vet gave a good getting over & his words were concerning all cockers spaniels that they were bomb proof but to watch out if started shaking his head and scratching his ears a lot,he said to bring him to the vets straight away if it happens.

he got his first vacination when he was there & had a slight protest but it was made fun of just to make him think that each time he goes he`ll not be hurt.
he`s due back for the next vacination in 2 weeks time & yip hee,he`ll be able to socialise with the real world.

luckily for us so far he`s put to sleep at 10.30 ish each night & he`ll start to make a noise about 7 the next morning,i guess we are lucky for that, although the first two nights i wanted to take him back to the breeders because of the noise he made  >:(

today was the first time him poohed in the house,i think it was because he fell asleep on the coach & by the time he got his bearings of were he was,it was too late

what a gorgeous boy you have there :luv:

Could have done with him at night instead of my little madam she was a nightmare to start with, but now she's a lot better with the exception of the 5.30am start >:(

Long may it last for you the 7am start - ooohhh I'm jealous  ph34r (Yes I know I could train Fern to get up later,  but what's the point when OH won't follow through with it too >:( >:( all the other training he lets me do without interfering but this is the one he interferes in >:( >:( >:()

Bramble is adorable.

Sounds as though he is settling in really well.

More pics please.

hi folks,
bramble got his second vacination yesterday,we were all hoping that after he got that,he would of been able to explore the real world, but we`ve got to wait another 10 days :(

if we take him somewhere where`s been no other dogs about, would it be ok?

Some of the diseases are also spread by wildlife such as rats; so it really does depend on where you live...... :-\
