Yes, I agree, Lottie wont always come when called in the garden or house, but she didnt stray far when we were out. I think she was worried I was going to lose her.
I did make a big show when she started to run back to me...lots of encouragement, I probably looked stupid
....but it works.
I'm going to take her to lots of different places, so that she doesn't get to used to one area and get complacent about recall
We met lots of people and other dogs today and Lottie was great. She was very gentle when a little toddler petted her, a lady picked her up to give her a cuddle and she happily said hello to about four dogs.
I just hope that she continues like this......I'm waiting for it to all go screwy though :roll:....I feel it's all going too well
