Title: Looking for advice re: spotting after mating

Hi everyone,

I have bread my beautiful blue roan cocker with an equally gorgeous orange roan cocker both show types, they mated on two occasions and tied for 21 mins and 10 mins. 

My lovely girl is a week post mating and I have noticed very light spotting of blood, where she’s lying for a period of time which is a very dark red / brown.

Is this something I should be worried about?  She seems fine in herself, appetite is unaffected and not a massive amount has passed.

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I have no experience on breeding, only advice I can give is to contact your vet
