COL showing as unsecurd site

Have just noticed that I‘m getting the notice „Not Safe „ before the Cockersonline.co.uk header on my ipad. No idea how long its been showing, I‘ve never noticed it before but I don‘t get it on any other websites. (I‘m in Germany, it actually says Nicht Sicher).
Should I be worried? I‘m not exactly sure what it means, I googled it and it just tells me to get in touch with the administrators of the website  :huh:

Hi the 'Not secure' has been showing for quite a long time here, when the query was raised before, we were assured that there was nothing to worry about by our chap what looks after these things (Stueymac) - and nothing worrying has happened thus far    :D

I did have a look in COL search to show you, but could not find it, think it had more to do with our browsers i.e. google etc.,
