« on: September 15, 2021, 10:03:35 AM »
My dog is suffering with fleas, which we are constantly fighting, but I have noticed very small black bugs, am wondering if they are baby fleas or some other form of bug, not seen them till recently....anyone ? They are pin head size..probably baby fleas, just wondered why I had never seen them before ???

Do they move. If not could be flea poop. Comb pup and place debris on to wet paper. Poop will stain red.
Run free and fly high my beautiful Gemma

Flea eggs are dark scales stuck on the hair, hard to shift.
Do they have visible legs?  What flea treatment are you using at the moment?  Most will kill anything.  Except Frontline, which doesn’t work where we live.   Flea bombs work in the house, just get out for half the day.
Do you have a cat, because they bring little insect friends in  from the birds and mice  they catch.
