Aww thank you guys! I have possibly bad news though, I was fairly certain that Caoimhe was coming into season yesterday but although she's still 'on the cusp' and neither Ro nor any of the neighbours' boy dogs are showing any interest in her she's a bit swollen and peeing every 5 minutes and she's really clingy and a bit off colour, she's definitely not her usual self. I spoke to Simon yesterday and apparently she went like this just before she came into her first season in November when she was down south so I think it's definitely on its way. I'm pretty disappointed as she was going so well in her training up to yesterday and she's also probably now going to miss the puppy and novice tests at the North of Scotland GC next week but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess and next week is bang on 6 months so at least she's regular
I'll still be at the fair though, I'll see how Caoimhe goes for the rest of today, I'm going to take her out shortly to see how she reacts to a bit of training. If she doesn't start her season overnight and I do decide to let her have a bash at the test then we'll be there early doors, if not Jo (Crazy Cocker Gang), Rodaidh and I will be along around mid-morning ish probably.
