Personal Message Reminder

Just a quick reminder that if you receive a New Personal Message email, and if you reply directly to that email through your email client, everything that you write lands in the COL main email box.

To reply to a PM you must log in to the forum and use the 'My Messages' link to reply

Apologies for the 'Bump' but we are seeing a lot of emails in the main COL mailbox containing information which should be in a PM to other members.

Please remember if you reply via email to the PM notification sent out by the system it will not reach it's intended recipient, it will only go to the COL mailbox.
To reply to a PM you MUST log in to the site and use the PM system.
