can anyone help with how to have a picture in black and white but be able to highlight some bright green leaves for example?! hope that makes sense!

What you mean is called colour popping, its fairly easy to do, when do you need it for?  If you want me to do it you can e-mail it to me, but might not be able to do it for a few days as i have a family re-union this weekend

Don't you have a photobucket account? Try the edit function -> effects-> color splash. ;)

I use photobucket too but just for storage - I had no idea what could be achieved with all the special effects  :o I have just had a play with some of my photos :005:  :005:.
