M&S and AXA with £7000 per year. It sounds a lot, but when my lurcher had to have TPLO surgery (fix cruciate), broke a tooth and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism all in the same policy year, I was getting very close to that limit.
So it's well worth having.
Diagnosis at primary vet: £800
MRI: £1100
TPLO surgery: £3500
Rehab (chiropractor and hydrotherapy): £400
Broken tooth: £600
Hypothyroidsm diagnosis and meds: £300
So that is nearly £7000 in that year.
Some other examples from this year:
Inhaled Grassseed on a Sunday: £490
Seriously damaged toe: £800
Removal of dewclaws and lump: £400
Diagnosis of degenerative disc disease: £3500
