Suddenly scared of clippers...
« on: October 19, 2014, 05:38:41 PM »
My four your old girlie, Echo, has suddenly become scared of the clippers. I have no clue why. She's always been fine with them - I've clipped her many times with them, so it is so odd. I've even tried my friend's super-quiet ones - and she's still funny! When I turn them on she's shy and bark, and get really upset. Why is she doing this and how can I help hher???? I have a competition in less than two weeks and we're up the the clip/strip/trim section!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have any words of wisdom I'm afraid, but Bramble, who is two has never been clipped. It's getting to the stage when I will have to. She is terrified of them. I am running them close to her and feeding her just for a minute and hopefully will get closer. I think it will take a long time!
