Dyllan has always had a bit of a thing about the front door closing. He runs to it if the door bell rings and barks a little, but when the door closes he get even more excited.
Yesterday I tried to get him to sit in his bed when the door bell rang (with the aid of livercake and cheese) this seemed to brake his stride to the door and I continue to do this as it was quite successful.
When he heads to the door I try to be very calm and quiet I call him over and make he interested in me or the food.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
