I have pressed sommat on the keyboard by accident, and now I have lost my tool bars and task bars :-\  I can't even get to the START button, thats usually on the bottom left, how do I put it right?

if your in internet explorer ... try pressing F11

otherwise .. press the start button key on your keyboard (pic of flag)
