Pete bought me a Creative Zen for my Christmas last year and I've never gotten around to downloading my CDs to it.

Now, if I rip the music to my lappie to burn to my MP3, will it take up lots of my lappie memory?

It will use up your space, but can alwasy delete them once loaded, of invest in an external hard drive and store your music there.

I feel like a bit of a donkey now.

I read the wee book that came with the player and I can send the music straight from the disc drive to the MP3 without having to download to the putter, wish I'd read the "destructions" first  ::)
