I really fed up with all the junk mail

How can you stop it all? I know it goes in my junk box but is there anyway to stop it except changing emails addresses?

Can you just change an email address on BT internet does anyone know

Try this

if it doesn;t work - google stop junk mail - there are a few applications - you can also change your secruity settings to high if its not already.

if you have a junk folder in you e-mail you need to add the junk to this folder - the more junk you add the more resiliance you build up

It is going into my junk folder but averages 20 junk emails a day and I'm getting fed up with it
