Formats in Word
« on: June 09, 2009, 09:15:50 PM »
I'm copying and pasteing from a PDF format to a word table to form a discussion document. However the columns are copying over at the pre-set width and I'm having to go back into every line to delete the line return and insert space to fit new column width, which is taking an eternity.  It's the same if I copy it onto the page minus a table so the whole line might only have 4 words on it and then rest of sentence on next line  :-\

Is there a way of selecting the whole paragraph/document and re-formatting to fit the new column width? Sorry not explained it well, hope you understand what I mean  ph34r

Im afraid that Adobe and Word don't really work well together.

There is a program you can get hold of that allows Adobe to be edited....but I cant find it and when my work got hold of it they said it was too expensive to keep and we could only have it for the 3 free logins on it....

This was a while ago tho so maybe some techy might have better news - Sorry!!

I was suprised that I was able to copy the pdf, so in a way, I am half way there.  ;)
