I'm copying and pasteing from a PDF format to a word table to form a discussion document. However the columns are copying over at the pre-set width and I'm having to go back into every line to delete the line return and insert space to fit new column width, which is taking an eternity. It's the same if I copy it onto the page minus a table so the whole line might only have 4 words on it and then rest of sentence on next line
Is there a way of selecting the whole paragraph/document and re-formatting to fit the new column width? Sorry not explained it well, hope you understand what I mean
