BT Internet Mail - Anyone else got problems?

My internet is working fine but my BT mail has been down all day today, I've done the usual checks on my laptop and it says it can't connect to the server, I've just tried to log on to the BT Internet website and that's not appearing either... just wondered if anyone else has problems too before I attempt to get some technical help from people that don't give a toss and keep you on hold for several hours

Just been on my bt mail and it's working fine for me.  Have to say, we've had BT internet for just under 12 months and not impressed with it at all! We have the hub & the phone hasn't been working for over a week. Think my dad's gonna wait till the 18 month contract is up and then change.

I had a problem this morning Hannah, everything went down, and the BT desktop help thingy, said there was a a problem with the hub connection to broadband  Anyhoo, I just turned it all off and when I logged on again this afternoon, it was fine. Hope you get sorted soon

It's just started working again after I left it alone so can only assume a local server was down... phew... panic over

I had the same problem with the Orange server yesterday - internet fine but e-mails not working.  Is fine today though

We've been with btinternet for our mail for 10 years now, and are very pleased with it. AND it's been working fine all day today, so it must just have been a local issue.
