Distance agility handling...
« on: May 21, 2014, 12:11:08 AM »
Does anyone else train their cockers in distance work. I haven't seen any as yet, I have always loved watching the collie handlers that  use this method of complicated handling so I am now training my young cocker girl in the kind of handling too... This is fern she is my youngster a working cocker and has just turned two years old.... She is now in grade 5 and only needs one more win to get to grade 6, I have hope of taking her to the championships next year...    http://youtu.be/n56AFH2ULQM

VERY impressive John  :clapping: :clapping:

Personally I do prefer to run with my dogs though, but the faster the dog the harder that can be

That is very impressive indeed! All credit to you and your dog. The dog clearly understands just what you want to happen.
