Title: 12 week old orange roan puppy stolen 08/05/14 - Chappel Hill, Lincs, LN4

The puppy is microchipped. She was stolen by 2 men in a silver Peugeot car who used bolt cutters to access where the puppy and her litter sister were. The litter sister wasn't stolen.

How awful.  Sounds like a planned theft.  Its horrifying, we seem to be hearing about more and more dog thefts recently.
