Title: Small White Dry Patch of Skin

Hello

Bella has a small white spot behind her ear which is surrounded by a small amount of dry skin (smaller than a 5 pence piece).

I'm not sure if its bothering her so thought I would ask my fellow COL's for their thoughts.

Any ideas?
