Has anyone had dealings with Eden Holistic Foods? 

I have ordered a supply after it received a very high rating from All About Dog Food.  http://www.allaboutdogfood.co.uk/dog-food-reviews/0671/eden-dog-food
Unfortunately, I'm not ecstatic about their service.  I ordered a 15kg bag on Monday and had an e.mail yesterday to say the order was completed.  The mail gave me an order number to check delivery (3 - 5 days) from UK Mail.  Tried UK Mail this morning with no success.  I then 'phoned Eden and after five minutes rang off as nobody answered the 'phone.  I left it for ten minutes and rang again: the 'phone rang for over four minutes before anyone replied.  After giving details, and a few minutes later, I was told that the order was out for delivery.  Eden had to input another number to check UK mail for delivery details.

I have never had a delivery from UK Mail so I don't know if the delivery details is their problem or Eden's.  I have always had food - Orijen - from Pet Planet and delivery etc. has been excellent.  Unfortunately, you can only buy Eden direct.

I do know that eden owners are at crufts today, that might be why no answer in the office.
My eden arrives normally with uk mail within 3 working days, never had any trouble.
Are you on facebook?  as if you are they have a site which is managed by a number of admin people that could help.

Honestly dont let this taint eden for you, Ive been ordering for a year now and always have had good service and fantastic support. The owners will ring you back if you need advice/help etc.
There are suppliers now dotted over the country , Ive bought direct from a couple in the past but the delivery I bet will be here today or tommorrow for you. As I say they are at crufts and did publise it, probably just the timing this week.

The food arrived earlier this afternoon so I'm pleased that all is OK.  It is a new company, so being at Crufts could explain why it took so long to answer the 'phone.  It is also a British company and deserves support.  If the boys like their food I'll continue to buy it.

No problems with Eden here - might be a one off.
