Title: Grooming Parlours in Bristol / South Glos
Post by: Charlie Pup on March 21, 2014, 05:50:50 PM
Hi

Although Charlie is not ready for a clip just yet I would quite like to get him used to a groomers now as I find it quite difficult to brush and bath him as he is so wriggly so I think the earlier he is introduced the better.

Does anyone know of a good trustworthy groomer in the Bristol / South Glos area or can anyone recommend how I go about finding one.  The ones I have searched on-line do not have any reviews anywhere.

Thank you :)

I can highly recommend Nikki at Mutty Professor in West Street Bedminster. She is very calm and patient and takes time to get the dogs used to all the equipment.

We use Top Groom which is at Elm Farm Kennels at Iron Acton ( on the main road between Frampton Cotterell and Yate)  . They do a lovely cocker cut , lovely and tidy but our dig still looks like a cocker , if that makes sense ! Nice garden centre or a ;ovely farm shop for refreshments whilst the beautifying takes place !

We are in Yate as well. We just drop her off and they text when she's all done ! The girl (Chloe) is very patient and asks how you would like it done and I like that you get back a clean and sweet smelling dog who doesn't look like a different breed or an unknown breed just a tidy cocker !
