So heartbroken to see on a cocker site on Facebook on the 6th
a 3month old W.C. had be savaged by 2 bull type rescue dogs
and was so badly hurt she had to be put to sleep. :'( :'(
to read her owners words is heartbreaking sadly the dogs owners refuse
to except responsibility and the police say they can't help.even the national press
don't seem intrested, please god it's not a child next.
-
How tragic :'( cannot believe that the dog owners will not accept responsibility >:(
RIP little one, forever young, Run free with all our girls and boys at The Rainbow Bridge :luv: :luv:

so sad. watch this space, a child will be next.
can not believe a rescue centre would rehome " pit bull type" dogs. ( assuming they did)
Hope they were not staffies that have been labeled this. but staff or pitbull still wrong and the owners need to be accountable especially as 2 were involved

Ahh that's awful . Sadly there are too many irresponsible dog owners now a days . I don't blame the dogs it's the owners . I went to a seminar about dog law recently & im amazed the owners haven't been prosecuted under the dangerous dogs act  ?!
-
I thought the laws had been changed where dangerous dogs were concerned. I feel angry that a poor dog had to suffer like that and it must have been terrible for it and the owner. I am against any animal being hurt but what use do these dangerous breeds have except to fight and make the owners look more menacing.

The laws have been changed, under the dangerous dog act these owners should be prosecuted!

You can read more from the owner on her facebooks post
( I hope it is alright me saying this site)but it brings home that we must all be
careful with our precious babies when it comes to other dogs.
It seems as it was 2 Bull mastifs that were rescue dogs Mia's owners have told Police,
RSPCA and vets also the media.who are not intrested.
there is a photo of Mia such a pretty little black girl. :'( :'(

I have the contact details of a specialist firm that deal with all cases surrounding dog law . I'm happy to send details if you want to pass them on to the puppies owner if they want to pursue things further .

This is such a sad story and I can't imagine what it must have been like to go through something so horrible. Unfortunately, these attacks seem to be be on the increase and when I take my two out I am constantly scanning our surroundings looking for trouble.
-
So very sad, the poor puppy and the poor owners, what pain they must be going through.
Run free little puppy, your life on earth was far far too short and you didn't deserve what happened to you.

people who don't respect other peoples dogs safety.

It seems that there's a possibility these two dogs have attacked before. So tragic.
