Title: Cockers and ice cream
Post by: Jaysmumagain on July 22, 2016, 11:53:08 AM
Well Ollie loves ice cream and you get little peace until you give him your last bit :005:

Seems a young 3 year boy called George  with a cocker called Lupo has discovered it too :luv: although it seems that the choice  has been condemned - am sure it was only for the sake of the picture.  How many three year olds do you know who wouldn't eat all their ice cream :D

Have to laugh though our favourite is rum and raisin and we naturally remove any raisins till Ollie gets his bit..........oh just thought am given Ollie alcohol.....naughty Mummy.

I have to share with Ellie but mr
steff gets to eat his all to himself :shades:
Whilst no great royalist, I did think the photo
was very sweet...(wish they wouldn't dress him
in something that doesn't look as though it's
from the 60's)

A more realistic picture would be George holding his ice cream up in the air while Lupo goes loopy.

Not a fan of the monarchy either, but have to admire their choice of both breed and colour.  :shades:

TBH with all that's going on the world, its a pity the press have nothing better to report on!  >:D >:D >:D
We love soft ice cream and I always have (and always will  ;) ), break the bottom of the cornet off and fill it with a big splodge if ice cream for the dogs. I then suck the ice cream through the hole that's left!! :005: :005: AND, they  also lick out the yoghurt cartons!!  :fear2: :fear2:

Couldn't believe it when I saw the RSPCA getting on their high horse about it. I think it's the chocolate rather than the ice cream they are objecting too but even so....nanny state gone bonkers.  >:D

No, not to do with the chocolate, RSPCA apparently said us dog owners should know that every single dog without exception is lactose intolerant, well now I know........but mine are still getting ice cream as a treat.

Archie's never had the chance to try ice cream - I can't eat it!!! If I could, I'd give him some too.  ;)

I feel so guilty! I thought my dogs had lived long healthy and happy lives with a few mini ice cream cones thrown in. If only I had been able to see how sick and miserable they really were!
