Title: Why do I keep getting changed to guest?

Right. I've logged in and I'm reading my unread posts. Suddenly I cease to be happydog and become a guest (avater and stuff disappears), and yet I can see that happydog is reading that post.    :huh:  I have to log in again to reply to a post that the screen says I am reading. Can someone tell me what's happening? Do I have a doppelganger who is logging me out :-\ ? This is really spooking me.  :005:

Isn't there an option at log in - keep me logged in for 1 hour, or however long? I think its in the same place as the "forever" option, so maybe thats the problem?

Doh! Thanks guys. I think it's the log in option. When I log in it sometimes makes me do it again. I remember the log in for ever on the first one but forget to change it on the second. I expect that is what is causing the problem. I'm so eager to get logged in to COL and start reading!!! :P  :005:

No, sorry. Something defo is not right. I have just read this post again. My posting 'light' by the side of my posts are 'on', ie green, and according to that I am online, and yet at the top of the page I am a guest. I have just had to log on again in order to post this message  :huh:. I do not have any other pages open either.
I DO have a doppelganger..... ph34r  Help!
