Hi all, I keep coming across posts where people talk about home made treats they do for their dogs so i thought it'd be good if
I we could possibly take the recipes. Things like tuna and liver bread, doggie biscuits etc. My ability extends as far as oven dried liver currently and although I saw the recipe for liver bread on here, I'm damned if I can find it again!
So, if anyone has any hints or recipes for homemode snacks, I'd be very grateful. Thanks

I was about to start the exact same thread. Thanks Vicky

Has anyone tried making Tuna Cake:
two eggs (switched)
1 large tin of tuna (in oil and not draining it)
some cooked rice (optional)
milk to mix (substitute with water)
add flour to bind, put in tinfoil tray, and cook in oven for 20 mins or in Microwave

Yeah, it's about the only one I do cos it's the easiest :005: I don't add the rice and you can just pour the mixture onto a dinner plate and bung it in the microwave, the dogs go nuts for it too.

I've only tried the Tuna Bread which went down with my two really well :D

I've just made liverbread - it should come with a health warning - it stunk the house out.
Result - One happy wagging cocker, one retching mum >:D.
Do any other the other recipes smell - to prewarn me - not to cook following a nightshift.

I must've cooked it wrong as it really didn't smell when I cooked it...or it just didn't bother me ph34r

Nothing is worse than liverbread :o However it is the magic treat for when you need a foolproof reward ;) :005:
