Title: What could be causing a red lumpy tummy?
Post by: Worthy on March 25, 2008, 10:03:29 PM
:D Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, Kasper's tummy is red and lumpy (like insect bites or stings). I initially thought that it could be fleas irritating him and got the frontline out but that was over a week ago now and they are still there.

Aww poor boy. Have you any aloe vera gel? It will help to sooth it.

I have used sudocrem on my doggies before now. I cheked this out with my vet and they approved.  It may just be worth bearing in mind, it has always worked wonders on my girls ;)

sudocrem is fine  ;)

I swear by my Aloe Vera plant too - Jarv gets plastered with goo from the leaves whenever he gets anything like that (and I know there's nothing else but the gel going onto him!).  They're easy to grow, and just get watered when I remember  ph34r
