Can someone explain to me please how to do the link thingy?

If you want to do just a straight forward link to a website you can copy & paste from the address bar like this.
http://www.cockersonline.co.uk/

Inserting a hyperlink take a bit more explaining but would mean clicking on usually a single word like this
CockersOnline (http://www.cockersonline.co.uk/)

Is that what you mean?
