Title: Saturday 6 September Parc Cwm Darran (nr Bargoed) dog show & fun day

There's yet another dog show on next saturday (6th) at Parc Cwm Darran, which is near Bargoed, South Wales. There's loads of other things going on that day as well (will try to post the poster for this as well.

By Bus:   Service 1 - Bargoed to Merthyr; Service 4 - Bargoed to Tredegar.

By bike: Use the Darran Valley cycleway from Bargoed or Fochriw

By car: The entrance is midway between Deri and Fochriw (to the north of Bargoed).

By train: get off at Bargoed and walk (which is what I’m doing)

Sadly, this has now been cancelled --- the local council have cancelled all events on grass because of health and safety.

Shame, but I'm not suprised with the amount of rain we've had up here over last few days.  :'(

Makes me laugh though as I'll bet rugby and all other matches aren't cancelled. Glamorgan haven't done this (mind you Caerphilly's countryside rangers are all 9-5 while ours are early morning till late at night if needed)
