Hi.
I registered just now. I found this site while I was surfing the internet.
I have five english cocker spaniels( four girls and one boy).
Three of them are blue roans and the rest are reds.
(their names are nuri, cindy, sharon, kiss, lucky)
I am living in South Korea far from UK. There are few blue-roans here
I belive that my wife and I are the first here in Korea. we started showing them at a dog show two years ago when they were puppies. we really wanted to make people know how they are gorgeous and lovely.
For that, we had to get through a very difficult time.
At first, we used a clipper for trimming. but It was somewhat different. they didn't look natural. It took about six months that we had found out finger and thumb method.
I think we still have so many things to learn about these adorable babes.(they are sleeping in line right next to me  )
It's very hard getting some information about cockers here in Korea.
BUT I FOUND COCKERSONLINE. I feel like I got reinforcements.
We don't have be alone anymore, also our pretty boy and girls are going to have so many friends!!! Isn't that wonderful?
Hopely, I'd like to get to know you all. and God bless you all.
I registered some pics at the particolor gallery with my wife's name.

also, thanks for visiting my web site. please check out 'another story'corner next time :D there are also many many pictures.
We have two reds including 3 blueroans.
These two reds are not pure-bred.
cause we didn't know much about pedigree, dog shows, breeders when we just stopped by a puppy shop 5 years ago.
but we love them all the same.
the oldest one, nuri got pavovirus after a few days when she came home. but she survived. no body can imagine how brave she was when she was suffering from that disease. from that point we decided to learn more about cockers.
finally we came this far. so addicted :o .
nuri and cindy have no show names and they can't enjoy trotting in the show ring but they know ( I hope) how much we love them and we truly do so.
thanks again shandardel. I hope we get to know each other more. please say hello to your gang~

when It comes to cockers. I become greedy.
my wife and I think we should learn more. there are few pure-bred cockers here in Korea. even just looking at gorgeous cockers' photos at this site helps and makes us happy.
Ps. my wife takes care of the web-things. I don't know much about that. was it nice? I will tell her that you were impressed. she will be thankful for that :)

Chris,
Welcome to COL. I am relatively new too and have found the site and its members very helpful. I have two American cocker spaniels. Riley and Shelly. Riley will be 2 soon and Shelly is 9 months. I think 2 are a lot of work. Can't imagine what 5 would be like!
