good luck Heather. Hope all goes well and your soon getting lots of wet kisses and cuddles from your new fur baby  :luv:
Any idea what possible colour he/she might be. Are you hoping for a bitch or dog or don't you mind  ;)

You must be soooo excited!

Both dam and sire are blue roan, though there is some orange roan and liver roan in the sire's pedigree, so there is a chance a pup could be one of those colours.

However, we'll most likely end up with a blue roan, as both the owner of the dam and owner of the sire are interested in a orange or liver roan for showing...so there would have to be more than a few pups of those colours, or they'd have to be grossly mis-marked or something.

Basically....we don't have a colour preference.  We're hoping for a bitch....but if for some reason the easy going middle of the road laid back dog from this litter is a dog, then we'll have a dog instead :)  The breeder knows and understands our family has been through a traumatizing agressive dog experience and just wants to see us with the best pup for us.  I'd like to do therapy dog training and possibly rally, and my 6 yo just told me yesterday he'd like to be a junior handler!!! (we'll see what he thinks in a year!!)

Thanks for the warm congrats everyone!!
